Overview 

Frontline Worker (FLW) is a pilot incentive program designed to help grow customer monthly engaged usage (MEU) across Teams Frontline Worker and Teams Frontline Worker + AI and is available through June 30, 2025.
 

Program terms 

  • The Frontline Worker Program is a pilot program that runs from April 10, 2025, through June 30, 2025.
  • The program is focused on net new customer deployments of Teams Frontline Worker and/or Teams Frontline Worker + AI.
  • Partners are pre-selected based on participation in Teams Partner Advisory Council partner (Teams FLW PAC) or an FLW Elevate Partner located in the ANZ or UK regions.
  • The Statement of Work (SOW) must be submitted at the time of registration and approved before work begins.
  • Register eligible customers using the FastTrack Community Portal.
  • Every nomination will be reviewed by the business sponsor.
  • The Proof of Execution (POE) must be submitted no later than June 30, 2025.
  • Payment is issued upon approval of the POE; ensure Payment Central setup is complete to receive payments.
  • SOW and POE cannot be submitted on the same day.

Eligibility and registration 

  • FLW license count must be greater than or equal to 4,000 users
    • 4,000 of these cannot have been previously deployed FLW Teams
    • 2,000 Teams FLW AI
  • Customer segment must be SMCC or Enterprise

FLW license = Microsoft 365 F3, Microsoft F1, or Office 365 F3

Note: Partners are responsible for vetting customers prior to registration in the program. Registrations for ineligible customers will be denied.

Partner eligibility requirements
This pilot is by invitation only based on the criteria below being met for FY25.

  • Partner is eligible to deliver End Customer Investment Fund (ECIF) Projects (“ECIF Supplier”).
  • Has established and maintained an active Microsoft Partner Network (MPN) ID and Partner Center account.
  • Is a Teams FLW PAC partner or an FLW Elevate Partner located in the ANZ or UK regions.
  • Agree to complete Payment Central onboarding and profile set up.
     

 Incentive funding overview 

The payout structure below is based off the minimum payout partners could receive for these engagements to be $10,000.

  • Maximum payout per customer tenant: $30,000.
  • Maximum payout to be received per partner across engagements: $60,000.
Teams engaged F MAU delivery criteria for each SOWFunding ($2.50/user)
4K engaged Teams FLW MAU $10K USD
Each additional engaged FLW user above 4K$2.50/user

 

Teams engaged F AI MAU delivery criteria for each SOWFunding ($5/user)
