Overview

All ticket types for Partner Support have a privacy toggle.

Type of privacy

When completing the required fields for support ticket or selecting a previously opened support ticket, for the Private field, select No/Yes.

  • Private = Yes: Restricts case view/access to the submitter.
  • Private = No: Allows any program member aligned to the case's program membership to view and/or update the case.
