Overview

The Earning History page is designed to give users the ability to view data from multiple statement periods and program memberships simultaneously, both at high and granular levels. Users can apply basic filters to sort data as needed. The Earning History on the page is dynamic based on the selected range of Statement Dates and other filters selected. Below the visual is a detailed breakdown (Tenant Milestones) of each payment record based on applied filters.

Report Filters

Each filter includes a dropdown menu of available options to limit the amount of information shown within the Earning History and Tenant Milestones views.

  • Program Membership: Includes all Program Memberships the user is associated with as a Program Admin or Statement Admin.
  • Tenant Name: Includes all Tenant Names associated with a payment to the selected Program Membership(s).
  • Tenant ID: Includes all Tenant IDs associated with a payment to the selected Program Membership(s).
  • Service Name: Includes all Services Names associated to the specified incentive program(s).
  • Milestone: Includes all Milestones associated with the selected Program Membership.
  • Start Date and End Date: Range defaults to the most recent 12 months of statement data available for the selected Program Membership(s). Users can change the dates to view the desired date range.
  • View All Statements: This will show all statements from the first one to the most recent for the selected Program Membership(s).
  • Filter Refresh: Select the refresh arrow to reset all filters to their default.

Note: If a specific filter is applied on the Statement Details page the same filter will be applied when switching to the Earning History page.
