Payments and Incentives

Payments and incentives are designed to help accelerate the onboarding of Microsoft 365 workloads through partner engagement. Partners can earn incentives across multiple eligible workloads within the program period and are paid when specific usage is achieved.

To be eligible to earn incentives, partners must submit and have an approved claim for each service or workload that they wish to have evaluated for incentive earnings. The partner must submit the claim via the Claiming Partner of Record (CPOR) process in Partner Center or the defined alternate workload registration process for a specific incentive program.

Partner incentives can be used as you choose, which can include but are not limited to:

  • Customer credit for future services
  • Increase overall project margin
  • Offset cost of customer services rendered
  • Customer rebates or sales incentives
