Understanding and resolving Incentive Payment issues

Resources are available to partners to assist in understanding and addressing incentive payment issues. Example: There is a discrepancy between your records and the Proof of Execution (POE) statement you receive. To resolve, you may:

  • Search the Knowledge Base articles and FAQs for information on incentives, payment, disputes, viewing and/or accessing statements, or adding and/or removing access to the statements.
  • Use the Partner Support site to submit a dispute.
  • If you have any other questions related to statements and/or payments received or incentives in general, use the Partner Support site to open a case.

Accessing Statements

The Primary Point of Contact and Accounting Manager of the Program Membership will have access to Statements via https://aka.ms/PartnerStatements.

Additional users will need to have the Primary Contact or Accounting Manager open a case in the Partner Support Tool. The Primary or Accounting contact will need to provide the name and email address of the person they approve to have access to statements.

What to do if there is an access issue with the Partner Support site?

If the partner is unable to open a case in the Partner Support site, they may need to request an Invitation Code by emailing PxPartnerSupport@microsoft.com
