In this article: Evaluation for incentive earning

Customer Registration and Workload Claiming

To be eligible to earn incentives, partners must submit and have an approved claim for each service or workload that they wish to have evaluated for incentive earnings.

Submission must be made via the Claiming Partner of Record (CPOR) process in Partner Center or the defined alternate workload registration process for a specific incentive program.
Upon submission of the request, Microsoft will evaluate the claim or registration request and either approve or deny it.

Once a claim has been approved in the FRP Centered UX in Partner Center, the data will flow in and will be automatically assigned to the claiming FRP partner. This process can take up to 2 weeks including the CPOR approval process, customer opt-out waiting period, and data sync processing between the two systems.

If your customers have questions about CPOR and how the Claiming process works, please direct them to this customer-facing page.
