Overview
This article provides step-by-step guidance to help you get started with the Quick to Market (QTM) programs, using the FastTrack Partner Community (FPC) Portal.
By completing the onboarding steps outlined below, you will:
Submit a nomination form for the program you’re trying to join through the FPC Portal.
Accept the necessary program agreements and understand program requirements.
Complete Payment Central profile setup.
Successfully join the QTM program(s) and receive additional resources to support your ongoing success of the program(s).
Steps to Onboarding
Follow the steps below in order. Once you finish these steps, you will have completed onboarding.
Step 1: Submit a nomination form by filling out all required fields.
Go to the FPC Portal to apply to a program: https://fpc.microsoft.com/nomination-create/
Enter the requested partner details
Note: Partner ID is for the Partner Location Account, not for Global Account
In Reason for Nomination, specify the intended program (e.g., M365 Copilot Voucher)
3. After submitting all partner details, click Next
4. Select Program and click Add
Select Community Member for Copilot Agents, M365 Copilot Deployment Voucher, or M365 E3/E5 and E7 Migration & Deployment Voucher:
Select AI Business Process Voucher Program for Business Central Migration or AI Business Process Voucher Program (AIBPV)
5. Click Submit
After you have submitted the nomination form, please expect a response within 2 weeks.
Step 2: Accept the Terms & Conditions
If your organization is approved for the program applied to, an email invitation will be sent to the designated primary contact from the nomination form, from PXPartnerOnboarding@microsoft.com.
Use the link and the unique invitation code in the email to access the FPC Portal.
The invitation link is valid for 30 days. If expired, request a new one from PXPartnerSupport@microsoft.com.
Upon signing in to the portal, you must review and accept the program’s Terms & Conditions (T&Cs):
Acceptance of T&Cs officially enrolls your organization in the program and unlocks access to program tools and resources.
You cannot proceed with onboarding or access program tools until T&Cs are accepted.
Note: Your available program T&Cs can also be found at: https://fpc.microsoft.com/agreement.
Step 3: Technical Onboarding and Payment Central setup
1. Provide payment information in the FPC Portal
After accepting T&Cs, update your organization’s payment details in the FPC Portal (My Workspace > Program Memberships).
Verify and update company profile information.
Update the following payment details:
Payment Central Payee Name;Payment Central Contact Name;
Payment Central Contact Email; and
Preferred Currency
2. Set up Microsoft Payment Central Profile
After the payment information is provided within the portal, the listed Payment Central Contact will receive an email invitation to create your organization’s profile in Microsoft Payment Central (the email is valid for 30 days)
Your Payment Central contact will need to complete the online form with:
Organization’s contact info (business name, address, primary contact email/phone)
Business profile questionnaire (compliance info)
Tax information (W-9 for US, W-8BEN for non-US partners)
Banking information (bank country, routing/ABA or IBAN, SWIFT, account holder name/number/type, payout currency)
Submit the profile for approval. Microsoft reviews and approves within approximately 48 hours.
If issues arise (e.g., tax ID or bank validation), you’ll be notified to correct them.

Note: This final step is required as part of onboarding and is necessary to redeem a voucher or submit a registration.
Step 4: Welcome
After completing these onboarding steps, you’re ready to participate.
Your primary contact will receive a Final Welcome email notifying you that your onboarding has been completed.
