Add an "At‑Risk" column for Copilot Opportunities in ASPX
Suggested by Ryota Tsuji – Completed – 0 Comments
Describe the scenario briefly (what is the feature? how will it work as a partner i can do X so that i can achieve Y) This feature adds an “At Risk” column to ASPX – Copilot Opportunities. Partners can quickly identify tenants with very low paid Copilot usage so that they can take proactive actions (engagement, enablement, adoption support) to prevent Copilot license churn. The experience is similar to the existing “At Risk Tenants” column in ASPX – Secure Productivity. Describe the business problem or pain point (why is this feature needed?) Partners currently lack visibility into Copilot adoption risk within Copilot Opportunities. Low usage tenants are often discovered too late, after churn discussions have already started. Without an at‑risk signal, partners must rely on manual analysis or assumptions, which delays intervention and reduces retention. Describe the expected impact (quantify the impact e.g. improves productivity, reduces manual toil) Enables earlier intervention for low‑usage Copilot tenants Reduces Copilot paid license churn Improves partner productivity by eliminating manual analysis How many partners asked for it? (quantify the ask) This idea was proposed by one partner, but it affects all partners involved in the Copilot business. What is the urgency? High/Medium/Low High, Copilot adoption and retention are critical business priorities, and churn risk increases rapidly in the first 3–6 months after license purchase. How does success looks like? (success criteria, measurable outcomes, KPI) “At Risk” column available in ASPX – Copilot Opportunities Partners actively using the column in adoption reviews Measurable reduction in Copilot churn rate for flagged tenants Increased Copilot MAU and usage for tenants previously marked as at risk -
MSX opportunity enables ASPX data insight
Suggested by Simon Rutgers – Completed – 0 Comments
Currently Partners are only able to view opportunity details in ASPX for customers they have registered CPOR on. This is great where relationships exist already, however there are many times when account teams present new customers with no link to the Partner. It would be beneficial for Partners to have a holistic picture of the customer landscape in those initial conversations to help shape an outcome that will have a higher chance of resonating with the customer and therefore landing successfully. This also reduces the amount of time expended given a Partner would likely have to engage the account team and or customer direct to get the required information. Ultimately this would reduce lead conversion times significantly, reducing effort across the board, and likely see greater satisfaction for all involved. While it was raised by 1 Partner, this would benefit all Partners globally. Given the potential positive impact, releasing this capability sooner rather than later would be highly beneficial. -

Add estimated Finacial earnings in partner Centre.
Suggested by Lerato Vilakazi – Completed – 0 Comments
Adding estimated earnings in partner center is important for fasttrack ready partners for several reasons. First, it helps partners to track their progress and performance against their goals and expectations. By adding their estimated earnings, partners can see how much they have earned, how much they are eligible to earn, and how much they need to earn to reach the next level of incentives. This can help them to plan their sales and marketing strategies, identify opportunities and challenges, and optimize their cloud business.
Second, it helps Microsoft to provide better support and guidance to partners. By adding their estimated earnings, partners can share their feedback and insights with Microsoft on the fasttrack program, the cloud solutions, and the customer needs and preferences. This can help Microsoft to improve the quality and relevance of the fasttrack benefits and resources, tailor the communication and engagement with partners, and address any issues or concerns that partners may have.
Third, it helps to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the incentive payments. By adding their estimated earnings, partners can verify that their earnings are correctly calculated and reported, and that they match the actual customer adoption and usage of the cloud solutions. This can help to avoid any discrepancies or disputes that may arise between partners and Microsoft, and to ensure that partners receive their incentives on time and in full.
Therefore, adding estimated earnings in partner center is a crucial step for fasttrack ready partners to maximize their benefits and grow their cloud business. It is also a way for partners to demonstrate their commitment and alignment with Microsoft's vision and strategy for the cloud. We encourage all fasttrack ready partners to add their estimated earnings in partner center as soon as possible, and to update them regularly as their business evolves.

Email notifications with RFA details sent to FRPs
Suggested by Sebastian Baca – Completed – 2 Comments
in FY23 referrals and RFA we used to get notifications email with the details of the RFA.
Can this be replicated in FY24 (in addition to the current updated process)?
Having the details helps since Partner Center has so many issues and it never works as expected since the new RFA process was introduced.
in addition, the email helped FRPs give validation of who we are and not having to reach out to the client "out of the blue". With the email, we can reply directly to the client and use the RFA details to validate our credentials as FRPs
