How it works

How to earn incentive(s)

Step 1: The CSP Program Partner will download the MW & Security CSP Program Statement of Work (SOW) template, complete the template, and obtain the eligible customer’s signature and submit a voucher redemption request before the expiration date.
Step 2: The CSP Program Partner will download the MW & Security CSP Program Proof of Execution (POE) template, complete the template, and obtain the eligible customer’s signature and submit the final voucher redemption request by the expiration date.

Important notes:

  1. All vouchers require separate SOW and POE and redemption submissions.
  2. Unless the SOW and POE are both submitted and approved by the expiration date, identified on the voucher, the CSP Program Partner will only receive the approved SOW 30% payment for Commercial Customers.

FAQ

Where can I find the terms and conditions (T&C's) for this offer?
FY25 MW & Security CSP Terms and Conditions.

What is the partner eligibility process for the CSP Partner?
Partners must be ECIF-eligible, have an active Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program membership, and accept the program terms and conditions.
Existing CSP Partners who have community memberships within the FastTrack Partner Community will automatically receive an invitation to opt-in to the program.
For non-Community Members, a communication from PXPartnerOnboarding@microsoft.com will be sent to the partner, directing them to self-nominate at Apply to a Program · FastTrack Partner Community Portal. Once the nomination is submitted, the partner will receive an invitation to opt-in to the program.

Does the CSP transacting partner need to be a FastTrack partner?
Unlike the EA Deployment Offer Program, which requires partners to be a FastTrack Ready Partner, the MW & Security CSP Voucher Pilot is expanding partner eligibility to be broader than FastTrack Partner Program. All CSP transacting partners who wish to participate in the CSP voucher program will have the opportunity to opt-in to the MW and Security CSP voucher pilot program.

Is the CSP transacting partner notified when a voucher nomination is received and/or approved?
Microsoft sellers should work with the CSP transacting partner before the nomination, so the CSP partner is informed. The customer should provide the voucher to the CSP transacting partner, who will redeem via the FastTrack Partner Community Portal by submitting an SOW.

Can a voucher be transferred to another customer?
No, it cannot be redeemed by or transferred to another customer. It can only be redeemed by the customer to whom it was issued.

Who can claim the CSP Voucher?
Only the transacting CSP partner can claim the voucher. The default is for the CSP to deliver the deployment, however, if the customer chooses another partner for deployment, they can do so. The alternate partner may need to be invited to the program if they are not already onboarded.

How long does it typically take to get approval for initial or final voucher redemption requests?
Within three business days, unless additional info/documentation is required.

Can I submit my own SOW/POE documents for the voucher redemption request?
No, only the templates provided can be used and must be signed by both customer and partner.

Can a customer be nominated for a voucher after a deal has closed?
No. A customer must be nominated and approved prior to deal closing.

Can a partner process a deal in June and still claim the voucher?
The partner can close a deal by June 30, 2025. For CSP deals closed in June, revenue will appear in July FY26. To maximize pilot availability, we extended it through Q4, acknowledging some deals/revenue may land in July FY26.

Could you please clarify which partners are already in the CSP Voucher Program and what are the criteria for them to be added?
Microsoft is proactively reaching out to existing FastTrack Ready Partners who are also CSP to opt-in the MW & Security CSP Voucher Program. Once the partner completes the opt-in and onboarding process, the partner will be shown on the MW & Security CSP Approved Partners list: https://aka.ms/MWSCSPApprovedPartners. For Partner program criteria, please refer to How it works.
