 Overview

The Statement Details page is designed to reflect the same layout as the downloadable Excel statements. After selecting the desired Program Membership, users can apply basic filters to better sort their data. At the top of the Statement Details page the following is displayed: Statement Date, Total Payment, and the Payment Summary. Additionally, there is a comparison between Total Payment to the Previous Month and the Same Month Last Year.

Note: Different programs display different statement information.

 Report Filters

Each filter includes a dropdown menu of available options to limit the amount of information displayed within the Payment Summary.

  • Program Membership: Includes all Program Memberships a user is associated with as a Program Admin or Statement Admin.

  • Tenant Name: Includes all Tenant Names associated with a payment for the selected Program Membership.

  • Tenant ID: Includes all Tenant IDs associated with a payment for the selected Program Membership.

  • Service Name: Includes all Services Names associated for the specified incentive program.

  • Milestone: Includes all Milestones associated for the specified incentive program.

  • Statement Date: Defaults to the most recent statement sent by Microsoft.

    • Example: If November 2023 is selected, the information for the November 2023 statement is provided. This will include 10/31/2023 milestones which were sent December 15, 2023.

    • Important! If you did not receive earnings for the most recent statement, the page will not display payment data. Choose a different Statement Date from the dropdown menu to view payment data for the months with earnings.

  • Filter Refresh: Select the refresh arrow to reset all filters to their default.
