Community Portal

The FastTrack Community Portal serves as a central location to access program-related resources, knowledge articles and training, and assistance. Some, not all, of the content on the portal is open for public consumption. Signing in with credentials provides complete access to all tools, making it easy to train new team partners, drive business success, engage with other partners, and connect with the Microsoft program team.

  • Referral Content: Matching the Microsoft customers to the right partner, with the right expertise, at the right time.
  • Most Popular Resources: Sorted by Ideas and Articles, at your fingertips you can topics that are top of mind.
  • Featured Content: Content that is most relevant to the fiscal year priorities and opportunities.
  • Top Actions: Access to tools partners use every day: Downloading payment statements, accessing partner support, accessing the FastTrack Partner Experience (FPX).

Ideas

The Ideas portal gives partners a location to provide program and workload feedback and to make requests for improvement or new assets.

Partner Support

To receive assistance, click Support. The help tool first provides a series of related articles for the FRP to review before submitting a request for help. If further support is needed, guidance is available to assist the partner in completing the Help Request.

Knowledge Base

The Knowledge Base contains knowledge articles written by program experts who have worked with customers to develop resources and resolve issues. The knowledge articles are constantly updated, expanded, and refined to ensure that you have access to the very latest information.
