Tenant Assignment Filters
- P2000: Select True to see customers who have been assigned a FastTrack Architect (FTA).
- IsRFA: Select True to see customers who have requested assistance.
- Tenant Name: Select a specific tenant.
- Region: Select this option to see all tenants in the region.
- Country: Select this option if you operate in multiple countries and need to see performance for a specific country.
- Note: To view your entire portfolio do not apply this filter.
- Segment: Select this filter to see all tenants in a sector.
- Is EDU: Select this filter to include or exclude education tenants in the portfolio.
Service Filters
- Service Name: Select the service(s) that are used by customers.
- CPOR P-RM and CPOR FRP Contribution: If either filter are selected only CPOR claimed customers will be displayed.
- When CPOR FRP Contribution/No Partner is selected, Partners can identify opportunities with customers who own licenses but are not working with a partner.
- When CPOR Non-FRP is selected, Customers who are claimed by Non-FRP partners will be displayed.
- Fiscal Year: Select for PY23 or Py24 only.
Note: The default selection for all the filters is ALL. Press the Ctrl button on your keyboard to select multiple options.
