We are excited to announce that the Customer Enterprise Agreement (EA) Renewal Dates, a highly requested feature, is now available in the Opportunities dashboard of the FastTrack Partner Center Experience (FPX). This feature will allow more convenient visibility to EA renewals alongside the Land and Expand (LXP) growth propensity and usage data for eligible EA reseller partners.
Feature details:
- Opportunity data displaying a column with EA renewal dates of customers
- Sort and filters to quickly find upcoming EA renewal dates of customers
Limitations and compliance constraints:
- The renewal dates for Customer EA are only available to the Modern Work and Security workloads and are exclusively available to partners appointed as the EA reseller for a particular tenant.
- If EA renewal dates are missing for your customers, it might be due to partner name mapping issues in the GPS system. Please submit a support ticket via https://aka.ms/FPXsupport for resolution.
