  • FastTrack Service Description and FRP partner obligations

    The FastTrack Service description should be clear of partner obligations surrounding FY26 partner obligations on ADG's and delivery of the benefit. This can be confusing to customers and injects potential conflict when working with customers who's misalignment in the benefit description and partner obligation. Partner also needs to understand obligation to resource their team to align with new obligations. 
  • Customer centric view in MPX

    When a partner builds a gtm motion for a customer they leverage MPX data for propensity. A single customer may span multiple areas such as E3,E5 and copliot. Partners want to approach a customer with a talk track across the customer's landscape. The partner would look across a customer license and usage landscape, build talk tracks for usage and growth, and deliver that to an Account Exec to position with the customer. Partner would like a customer centric view to enable them to build the motions and position the appropriate way to approach the customers across workloads.
