As the Copilot Agents Program evolves and adds new partner opportunities the Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) are updated.

Below is a high-level overview of updates to the T&Cs, it is not intended to be comprehensive and is not a legal document. 

Important timelines to understand related to T&Cs publishing:

  • Microsoft Fiscal Year runs July 1 to June 30.
