Introduction
As of December 2024, Microsoft-nominated customers who own Office 365 products are eligible to receive services credit to be used with a FastTrack Ready Partner on services that help accelerate the adoption of Office 365.
How it Works
Customers who own Microsoft Office 365 licenses (E3 and E5) are matched 1:1 with eligible FastTrack Ready Partners (FRP) and can receive a voucher up to a maximum amount to redeem towards services that aim to help them use and maximize value from those licenses by deploying unused seats.
Offer Terms
- Offer valid for pre-selected Office 365 customers only.
- Deployment services credit must be used with a FastTrack Ready Partner within 4 months of the voucher issuance. The voucher expiration date is stated on the voucher.
- Voucher redemption value is based on $5 per seat (Minimum 500 seats to a maximum of 3,000 seats.)
- The deployment must be for a minimum of 500 seats and must include at least one of the five eligible workloads (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, and EntraID).
- The final payment amount is based on completion of the engagement with 50% paid after SOW submitted/approved and the remaining 50% paid after POE is submitted/approved at the end of customer engagement.
- Limited to one M365 Customer per Tenant Parent ID (TPID).
Voucher Amount
- Voucher is printed with an up-to amount based on seat count.
- Statement of Work (SOW) signed by partner and activities listed.
- Actual incentive value is calculated based on the deployment scope that is agreed upon by the customer and partner. The final payment will be calculated based on approval of the Proof of Execution (POE) document signed by partner and customer.
- The deployment seat size must be a minimum of 500 seats and may not exceed the number of paid commercial seats of M365 E3/E5 in the customer’s tenant.
- The deployment must include a minimum of one eligible workload: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Entra ID, and Intune.
- The Proof of Execution document, signed by customer (electronically or physically) is pre-requisite for partners to receive payment.
- Actual incentive paid observes the maximum amount stated on the voucher.
Voucher Issuance and Redemption
- Voucher is issued by Microsoft directly to the Customer after the Partner registers Customer’s intent to work with them.
- To register intent, the customer must provide their contact information to the FastTrack Ready partner, who will submit the information to Microsoft so the voucher can be issued to the customer.
- After the customer receives the voucher, the customer will work with the FastTrack Ready Partner to develop the Statement of Work (SOW). This will define the scope of the deployment. The customer will need to provide the voucher to the FastTrack Ready Partner to complete the SOW.
- Once the scope is agreed upon and SOW is complete, the customer and partner sign the statement of work.
- Partner submits the SOW and redeems the voucher with Microsoft and starts the engagement with the customer.
Deployment services within the scope of the FastTrack Benefit must be provided at no cost to the customer in redemption of the voucher. All other services supporting the qualified offer deployment can be considered billable and usable for the workload indicated on the voucher.
