  • Ongoing access to FastTrack Ready Partner throughout your engagement.
  • Note: Due to single tenant structure, FRP will not register Organisation in CPOR.
  • Remote Onboarding and deployment guidance
  • Remote expert guidance for supported services
  • Best practices, self-serve tools, resources, and adoption guidance

Is the Organisation required to choose 3 workloads?

Organisation can choose up to three (3) or less workloads.

Does the Organisation have to start all workloads at the same time?
Organisation can deploy one workload, then choose to start their second or third workloads later.

Can the Organisation use the same FastTrack Ready Partner (FRP) for all workloads?
Organisation can choose to use the same FRP for all workloads or use different partners for each workload.

What if a workload the Organisation wants is not in scope?
Due to the custom nature of the central tenant, not all standard Microsoft FastTrack workloads are in scope and what is included within each workload may differ from the standard Microsoft offering.

Will there be value-added services opportunities with this engagement?
Yes, Organisations will define their own custom scope(s) of work with their chosen partner(s). If they opt for work that is out-of-scope, that additional work would be at the Organisation’s expense.

Can I claim the Organisation in CPOR?
No, due to the single, central tenant, the individual Organisations are not eligible to be claimed in CPOR.

Can I use my own SOW/POE documents?
No, the provided Claim Registration Form (CRF) and POE templates must be used and signed by the Organisation point of contact.

The Organisation wants to deploy a workload our company is not endorsed for. Can they still choose to engage with us to deploy the workload?
Yes, endorsements are a tool to help Organisations find FRP partners to work with but are not a requirement to work with an Organisation.
