As the FastTrack Partner Community (FPC) evolves and adds new partner opportunities the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) will be updated.

The table below has a high-level overview of updates made to the FPC T&Cs. It is not intended to be comprehensive and is not a legal document.

Important timelines to understand related to T&Cs publishing:

  • Launched FY25 Program T&Cs

July 29, 2024

  • Updated FastTrack Partner Manager (FPM) to new title, Partner Success Manager (PSM)
  • Updated Proof of Execution (POE) definition to further clarify FastTrack Ready Partner Only Incentive Program to state that work must be performed by the FRP and cannot be outsourced to a third party.
  • Updated FastTrack Ready Partner Program Performance Criteria table to CPOR eligible workloads.
October 8, 2024
  • Updated M365 Copilot Deployment Offer to reflect reduced licensing minimum to 500 and complete voucher value for 3,000+ licenses on October 7, 2024.
December 9, 2024
  • Updated program eligibility criteria removing specialization Adoption and Change Management only and Cloud Security only due to these not creating an endorsement.  (Partners with these specializations will need to achieve an identified eligible specialization by FY26.) 
  • Updated FastTrack Ready Partner (FRP) performance criteria for Copilot.
  • Added new FRP only incentive program Microsoft 365 Rapid Adoption Program.
  • Updated voucher programs to clarify SOW and POE may not have the same customer approval date.
  • Added new Modern Work and Security Deployment Offer FY25 Enterprise Deployment rate card for M365 E5 driving Secure AI limited to select customers as capacity allows.
  • Updated Teams Phone Operator Acceleration Program to remove White Glove engagement and Concierge Services.
