Overview
As the FY24 GSI Copilot Deployment Offer Partner program evolves, the Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) will be updated as needed.
Below is a high-level overview of updates to the GSI Copilot T&Cs, it is not intended to be comprehensive and is not a legal document.
Important timelines to understand related to T&Cs publishing:
- Microsoft Fiscal Year runs July 1 through June 30.
- T&Cs align Microsoft FY.

April 23, 2024 | - Updated to indicate that claiming customer in CPOR is encouraged, not required.
- Increased maximum number of program partners to 25.
- Corrected reference of former Microsoft partner program to current Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program.

October 8, 2024 | - Updated the M365 Copilot Deployment Offer to reflect reduced licensing minimum to 500 and complete voucher value for 3,000 licenses on October 7, 2024.
- Updated POE definition to further clarify work must be performed by a GSI partner and cannot be outsourced to a third party

December 11, 2024 | - Updated clarify SOW and POE may not have the same customer approval date.

February 20, 2025 | - Added partner eligibility and responsibility requirement to complete Payment Central onboarding and profile setup.
- Updated voucher program to further clarify eligible customer signed SOW must be submitted and accepted before eligible customer signed POE can be submitted and accepted.
