How to redeem vouchers on the Partner Community Portal
Beginning September 2023, the FastTrack Partner Community portal will be the only place to submit voucher redemptions (SOW and POE). Partners can add resources and/or give permissions to the Community Portal. The permission varies depending on what they need to perform. More detail can be found in the Program Membership Overview knowledge article.
Partners should open a support ticket at Partner Support page if they have any trouble with their redemptions.
How to
1. In Partner Community Portal, select My Workspace, Vouchers.
2. Select the +Create button.
3. Enter the Voucher ID, and then select Next.
4. In the Program Membership field, use the Search tool to select the applicable program for the voucher. Note: All vouchers are under the FastTrack Ready Partner program. Fill out all boxes and press Next.
5. In the Lookup records popup, click the box next to the correct Voucher Redemption, then press Select.
6. In the Redemption Type field, select Initial or Final. Complete Customer Name and Customer Tenant ID fields, then press Next.
7. Based on the redemption type selected, the link to the Statement of Work (SOW) template for initial redemption, or Proof of Engagement (POE) template for final redemption will be displayed.
a) Download the template, fill it out, and sign it with your customer.
b) Upload the SOW (initial redemption) or POE (final redemption) and submit.
8. After creating the voucher redemption, track the status on the Voucher Redemptions page. The status will be Received until the Registration team approves it. Note: If you do not submit a document, the redemption record will be put into Draft status, which can be updated later.
