The following should be reviewed by the partner to determine how programs are organized and when to request support.

Enhance Partner Experience (EPX) Partner Support Resources

The Partner Support Team can provide assistance for the following topics:

  • EDU and Special Incentives customers whose data can be found in the FPX and FRP Dashboard.
  • Assistance regarding workloads, incentives, payments, and informational queries.
  • Monthly statements for FRP, MRPP, EDU, and Special Incentives paid by the FRP Payment Operations team.

PXPartnerSupport

To obtain access to the M365 Community Portal, request a Portal Invitation Code and use it on the Portal Invitation page. Once access is allowed to use the Partner Support Tool:

  • Email PXPartnerSupport@microsoft.com with the program name (FRP or MRPP), partner name, and locations (or MPN IDs) you are associated with. If the question refers to multiple locations for the company, including all locations.
  • Partner representatives who require additional levels of access (statement or admin) should open an incentives case with the EPX team.
