When receiving payments from Microsoft from FTOP incentives or the M365 Partner Accelerators, there is no link to engagement ID's and i need to raise a support ticket each time we have a payment. Please can this be sorted to make this much easier?

Risual Team,Thank you for opening this request regarding making engagement IDs more transparent.
Currently the FRP Program uses Payment Central / MSInvoice for executing incentive payments and this process does not include engagement IDs. However, engagementIDs for payments related to non-EDU customers from the OSU M365 can be found in Partner Center.
We hope this has helped to clear up your understanding of when and why engagement IDs are used.

Thank you for your question regarding payment. Can you share more information about what an engagementID is? In FRP we do not use the concept of an engagementID so we were curious to learn more about what challenge you are facing and what information you need.

2022-11-17 - Moving item out of scope. Currently the FRP Program does not use engagement IDs for payment tracking. However, I believe this data is associated with OSU M365 payments in Partner Center.

2021-05-20 - Patric Grimwood - there is ongoing work to improve the level of detail being reported to partners in the incentive statements. This spans the CA Workshops, FRP Incentives and OSU-M365 Incentives and will touch all three payment platforms.
