It would be great to add information about the update cycles and the last updated timestamp to the reporting - especially with regards to data health.

It is sometimes hard to figure out how up to date the reporting data is.

Status details

2021-09-21 - Reporting Team - Next update by end of October.
2021-07-22 - Reporting Team - We are reviewing this with the data team. It is a low priority and expect an update on whether or not this can be accomplished in September. Thank you!
2021-07-01 - Reporting Team - Reviewing the request
2021-04-13 - Assignment Team - assigning to Reporting Team to triage.

  • It seams like the data health report on forecast dates isn't always reliable. We daily update FTOP data such as status notes and FC dates. Before updating we check the refresh date. Updates on FC dates prior to the refresh dates are not always showing correctly. Hence, we always need to doublecheck if the data in the data health report are reflecting the data entered in FTOP. The data in FTOP are showing dates later than the latest refresh date while the FC dates showing in the data health dashboard are not showing the refreshed data. Another impact is that the data health status is showing non compliant. Is this a known issue? KR Paul
  • Similar, the updates tend to happen during the day for UK timezone, so if I update FTOP in an afternoon, it will be the following afternoon at the earliest that we see any impact on the data health report. Not just the update date as requested here, but actually refreshing the data in the report more frequently would be really helpful.
  • Thank you for your suggestion! The Data Health and Data Health Almost Non-Compliant pages in FTOP-FRP Dashboard will be retired as part of the FY23 OSU updates which will be rolled out in Production shortly. Therefore, there is no need to move forward on updates to these pages. We value your opinions and feedback. If there is anything else you would like to provide feedback on, please submit a new request through the Insights Forum. Thank you very much and have a great day.
