I was recently told that if I want to view the usage data from FTOP for sub-workloads for Teams Meeting, Phone Systems & Apps/Plat within FTOP I need to submit a CPOR claim for 'Teams Only'. When will the workloads for Teams Meeting, Phone Systems & Apps/Plat flow into FTOP without having to also select 'Teams Only'?

2021-07-01 - Data & Tools - The workloads in FTOP for Teams Meetings and Teams Platform are not available for assignment. The FTC doesn't break them out into these same groupings. At this time, there are no plans to add these two workloads in FTOP. There is work underway to allow the assignment of Teams Phone System. Announced yesterday, is an update that should be in production by 7/2, that will allow you to see these workloads in the FRP Dashboard, even if not assigned to a workload in FTOP. Currently, if you are assigned to at least one workload, you will see these workloads in the FRP Dashboard. The change on 7/1 will allow you to see the workloads in the FRP Dashboard even if not assigned to any workloads in FTOP.
