Resolved - AI Business Solutions & Security Insights outage: Copilot Opportunity, M365 Eligible Seats, and Copilot Seats Whitespace data unavailable 

As of today, October 15, 2025, Copilot Opportunity, M365 Eligible Seats, and Copilot Seats Whitespace data are unavailable in AI Business Solutions & Security Insights. More specifically, the following behavior is occurring: 

• No data in the Acquire, Monetize, and Grow KPIs tiles
• Copilot Opportunities chart not showing any tenant count data 

• M365 Eligible Seats, Copilot Seats Whitespace, and Copilot Opportunity columns not available in the data table 

Our engineering team is actively working on a fix. A notification will be sent once the issue has been resolved.
