Released: Expanding Upsell and Growth Opportunities to all Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) Customers in FastTrack Partner Center Experience (FPX)

New FPC announcement...

We are pleased to announce the expansion of our upsell and growth opportunities to all Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) customer associations within your FastTrack Partner Center Experience (FPX). For all CSPs, the enhanced data, insights, propensity, licensing details, and incentive eligibility that are part of FPX’s Land and Expand (LXP) Growth Opportunities will now be available for all CSP tenants, in addition to existing CPOR tenants. With this release, FPX propensity data now includes both association types, in addition to your EA customer associations for renewal insights.

Release overview

  1. With the new release, all CSP Partners will notice an increase in E3 and E5 customer opportunities in FPX compared to last week.
  2. For all CSP associated opportunities, LXP-based propensity data is expanded to include tenant and workload level insights based on the Revenue Operations Model framework, MCI and CPOR eligibility, EA renewals, and potential earnings estimations.
  3. For all CSP associated customers, licensing and subscription data can now be accessed on the tenant details page by selecting the tenant's name in any of the opportunity tabs.
  4. Currently, propensity data for LXP-based upsell and growth opportunities is available only for Microsoft classified Enterprise (ENT) or Small and Medium & Corporate (SMC) tenants with greater than 150 seats.

Known issues and limitations

  • For a few Partners with a large CSP customer base, initial FPX page load times may be longer. After the first load, performance should match previous levels. We are addressing this issue and will release performance optimizations soon to restore load times to under 3 seconds.
  • Currently, it's challenging to differentiate between propensity data for CPOR versus CSP customers. We plan to address this issue in an upcoming release this summer.
  • Data in the “Tenants” tab does not include any CSP customer associations, as its main purpose is to provide insights into CPOR performance.
  • In the Customer details page, only contacts data for newly added tenants associated through CSP will be shown if Microsoft possesses the contact information.
