The team estimates this issue began on June 5, 2025, at 6:00 PM UTC, and it has now been mitigated. During this time, you may have observed tenants with incorrect categorization of E-SKU (E Opportunities, E5 Opportunities, and E5 Expansion Opportunities).
Next steps: The team has deployed a mitigation but is still working on a more permanent fix with an expected deployment on or before June 13, 2025. During this time, you may see a delay in data for new CPOR claims and for new usage events in the opportunity tabs.
