Release of the MCI Eligibility and License Explorer in the FastTrack Partner Center Experience

New FPC announcement...

We are excited to unveil the next highly requested features and data insights in the FastTrack Partner Center Experience (FPX). Enhancing the Land and Expand (LXP) growth propensity data to now include additional scenarios like Partner and Customer eligibility for incentivized MCI workshops with huge focus on Copilot presales workshop engagement opportunities or establishing a full 360 view of customers licensing and renewal information to better time customer engagement, to drive the right conversation, and to unlock usage growth with your customers.

New features

1) MCI Workshop Eligibility in FPX

Ability to quickly find and claim eligible MCI workshops directly within FPX, adding over 29,000 new claimable workshop opportunities for partners across all customer and respective tenants. This feature programmatically validates eligibility upfront, reducing manual toil and wait times for our partners.

2) Subscriptions Explorer in FPX

Access to a comprehensive view of all customer licenses/SKUs, including details such as quantity, status, subscription end dates, grace periods, and trial licenses. Search, export, and filter customer license information directly within FPX.

3. Additional Improvements

In addition to the above feature, we also delivered with this release a couple of smaller fixes as well as under the hood improvements like:

  • Updates to filters and column sorting to reduce clutter and information overload
  • Code changes to improve the overall performance
  • PriorHWM, StartingHWM, and OpportunityUnits columns hidden by default to reduce secondary data and overload; can be enabled via the customize icon for detailed analysis

Known limitations:

  • The MCI eligibility data currently excludes workshops from the CSI Program. This is on our roadmap, and we are planning to deliver the data later this summer.
  • Data refresh of the MCI eligibility and workshop details data is generally 1 to 2 days behind due to internal data pipeline constraints.
  • The customer details view in FPX shows only M365, Security, Copilot, and Windows SKUs, excluding Dynamics, Power Platform, Azure, and other minor or legacy SKUs. If any SKUs are missing or you wish to view additional license SKUs, please inform us or your PSM so that they can be considered for inclusion in the next release.
  • Currently, we leverage CPOR associations to surface new opportunities, including MCI eligibility. In the roadmap for this fiscal year, we plan to expand our scope to include MCI, CSP, and other associations. Please stay tuned for further updates.
