We're excited to announce that our FastTrack Partner Managers (FPMs) transitioned to become the Partner Success Manager (PSM) team as of July 1, 2024. This shift is more than a mere change of title; it's a transformation in the roles and responsibilities that will enhance our collaboration with you, our valued FPC Partners.
The PSM team will concentrate on three main areas:
- Your Business Success: We're committed to your growth, which is directly linked to your engagement with our program. It's not just about providing opportunities; it's about turning those opportunities into tangible outcomes for your business.
- Program Success: We measure our success by the increase in partner-influenced revenue and active usage among our partner-led customers and referrals. Your influence is vital to our mutual success.
- Operational Health: We aim for excellence in program operations, which we gauge by partner engagement, adherence to SLAs, and the effective utilization and dissemination of data.
To achieve these goals, our PSMs will extend their reach beyond the role of Alliance Manager to forge stronger relationships with your Services, Sales, and Delivery teams, and where relevant, your Software Sales teams. We believe that our success is intertwined, and we are investing in resources to ensure a prosperous partnership.
