PAUSE: Partner action and requests for updated customer acknowledgement for legacy CPOR claims

New FPC announcement...

From: Modern Work & Security

First, we apologize for the surprise and confusion caused by the high volume of requests for updated customer acknowledgment for legacy CPOR claims this week. While we are steadfast in our intent to ensure partners have been actively engaged with customers with CPOR claims, we understand that you were caught off guard.

We will be pausing all partner action and further requests until FY25 Q1 so that you can focus on ending Q4 strong.

This means that you will have more time to be prepared and work on the current set of requests that you have, but no disassociations would occur until FY25 after we communicate clear, reasonable expectations regarding the timeline for responding to the volume of asks. More information on this will be shared in July via FRP Viva Engage/FPC Blogs and FPMs.

For context, the purpose of the initiative was to test a subset of outdated claims (4+ years old) via manual requests. The Claims Team was testing an automated solution to facilitate the requests and a higher volume than intended was automatically sent.

Thanks for your understanding and for partnering with Microsoft to deliver valuable solutions and services to our customers.

Here is to a strong close of the fiscal year.
