Please join us for the Standard Referrals Office Hours on March 6, 2024.

FastTrack will begin to funnel more Standard (Non-Benefit) Referrals to partners in March. While the process for submission and assignment of these referrals is nearly identical to Benefit Referrals, there are a few differences. In addition, Standard Referrals offer partners a full opportunity to present a proposal of paid services to customers.

During this session, we will present a brief overview of the end-to-end Standard Referrals process and provide you with talking points for customer conversations. There will be an opportunity for Q&A.
