The Microsoft 365 Customer Success Offer will be shifting its investment to focus on getting customers ready for Copilot for Microsoft 365 through the Copilot for Microsoft 365 Adoption Accelerator. The adoption accelerator is expanding - more exciting news to come.
Effective February 1, 2024, no new vouchers will be issued. The last day for the MSFT field to submit customer registrations to receive a voucher if eligible is January 31, 2024. Vouchers that have been issued are still valid. Partners must submit voucher redemptions, including Statements of Work and Proof of Execution by the voucher expiration date. The QTM team will continue to review and process all issued vouchers through the voucher expiration date.
