New FPC announcement...

There is a delay in data insights into the High Water Mark (HWM) under the new MCI Modern Work & Security Incentive (formerly OSUM365). The team is working as quickly as possible to deliver the data points in Partner Center and will send a communication to all partners once it is available.

We understand the importance of receiving these insights before payments are made. As a reminder, page 215 of the Microsoft Commerce Incentives Policy Guide states that approved incentive earnings for the new engagement year will be issued within 75 days of the end of the earning period.

In the meantime, you may continue claiming for new FY24 workloads using the CPOR process and HWM data will begin showing for all approved claims once it is available.

We appreciate your understanding and partnership as we move to the new High Water Mark model.
