- Viva Goals: Registration, Submit Registrations, the Viva Goals form has been removed because the Viva Goals program ended on June 30, 2023. Parters are encouraged to register their Viva Goals engagements by leveraging the Partner Engagement Registration (PER) form, as Viva Goals is now an available product/workload selection.
