Community Portal - April 22, 2024 Update

Community Portal:

  • Updated:
    • Payment Dispute form
    • Statement page
  •  My Workspace
    • Cases. New fields and view options added.
    • Field added: Private = Y/N. This field allows submitter to indicate whether their case details can be viewed by only them (field = Y) or by other users within their company who have portal access (field = N).
    • Views: "My Program Open Cases" and "All My Program Cases" users will be able to see cases submitted across their company if the case is flagged as Private = No. 

Community Portal:

  • The location of Private Yes/No on Payment Dispute form.
  • The Statement page. Date Field Filters with Date Picker fields. Filters now pull from the appropriate statements.
  •  My Workspace - Cases. New fields and view options added to improve usage and privacy to the resources within the My Workspace navigation.
